December 27, 2006 I was sitting in my car when I witnessed two young African America walking down the street talking with each other. Then two New York City Police Detectives pulled up behind me, got out their unmarked car and stopped the two young men who were walking south on Lenox Ave at the corner of 117th Street. The males were questioned, the cops searched their pockets, them placed them up against the wall and patted them down. The cops then got into their unmarked Crown Victoria and drove away.

September 18, 2008 - There were no good samaritans as New Yorker’s walked pass and unidentified man who was aid out on the sidewalk in the middle of Lexington Avenue between East 29th and East 28th Streets in Manhattan. This Photograher watched over 85 people walk pass this man and no one dialed 911 for help.
August 28, 2010 - The 47th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s was celebrated on the Nation Mall. The event was organized by Rev. Al Sharpton.
August 29, 2010 - Glenn Beck held the “Restoring Honor” rally pn the National Mall which coincides with the 47th anniversary of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s March on Washington. Rev Al Sharpton also held a rally at the National Mall that began as Beck’s rally was ending.

September 2, 2004 The Westboro Baptist Church out of Topeka, Kansas showed up a block away from the Republican National Convention at Madison Square Garden in New York City to protest everyone and everything. They were standing on risers and the New York City Police set up 50 foot barrier between them and the public. At the end of their protest, they turned there shirts inside out, folded their posters into a portfolio cases and under police protection were allowed to walk in a different direction that was roped off so they could blend in with the normal New York City foot traffic.
September 9, 2018. Nia Franklin representing New York State was crowned Miss America for 2019 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
October 11, 2006. New York City Firefighters prepare to enter 524 East 72nd Street in Manhattan where a small Cirrus SR20 aircraft crashed into the upper floors killing New York Yankee pitcher Cory Lidle and his flight instructor. An apartment resident, IIana Benhuri was hospitalized with sever burns when fire erupted from the impact.
December 26, 2006. Part of a building that was under construction in Harlem collapsed killing one worker and injuring two others. The collapse took place in a 5 story building.

December 2005 - Members pf Kersey City, New Jersey Police Department carry the body of Police Officer Robert Nguyen into the Jersey City Armory where home going services were held for the deceased officer. His mother is the first woman to the right in the sun glasses directly behind the casket. Officer Nguyen and his partner Officer Carson were killed when they accidently drove off the Lincoln Highway Bridge in Jersey City., New Jersey on a foggy Christmas night while the bridge was in the open position.
April 16, 2006. An unidentified family member is overcome with grief after learning that her two nephew David Pacheco, Jr. was shot and killed by a stray bullet fired from two men in a dispute. The bullet came through the minivan’s door striking the child in the chest. The family was on their way to Eastern dinner. The woman was leaving Lebanon Hospital.
June 28, 2005 - Lisa mason holds a photo of her daughter Jerica Rhodes who was found murdered in the boys bathroom of her elementary school Sacred Heart of Jesus School in Highland Falls, New York. Ms. Mason had not seen her daughter in fives years after losing custody of her daughter to her in-laws. Christopher Rhodes the child’s father has been charged with the murder.

Franz Ceran of Bronx, New York shows where he was burned on his upper body, chest, arm and shoulder when his kitchen stove exploded. The burn marks on the floor at his feet are from where he pulled of his burning shirt and threw it to the floor. The stove to the right is just like the one that caused his burns.
